Privacy Policy

All client information is kept confidential and secured on client files. No credit card information will be held on file unless authorized.

Deposit Policy

When booking, we require a 25 % deposit for colour and perm services to book and secure your appointment.

Online Booking Deposit (when implemented)

A deposit will be required when booking online services.

Cancellation & Deposit Refund

We require a 48 hour notice when cancelling your appointment in order to refund your deposit. Deposit refunds take 3-6 business days to process.

Retail Return Policy

  • Hot tools (blow dryers & thermal irons) will be final sale.
  • Retail Products – If you are unsatisfied with your retail product, there is a 1 week time frame to return the product for an exchange or store credit only. The product being returned must be gently used and must have been purchased by you or on a salon account. Some conditions apply.

Quote policy

We try our best to offer a starting point quote over the phone, however when in salon, prices may vary depending on each stylist level, the services wanted, the length and density of your hair and for any additional services added on during the consultation.

16 & Under Policy

Any adolescent must be accompanied by a guardian to authorize the services being done in the salon and present when the price quotes are being consulted.

Kindness Policy

We require respect and kindness towards our staff. Any other rude behaviour towards the staff will not be tolerated.
